The Borealis Grille is commited to serving up the best locally crafted foods and beverages. We strive to serve naturally raised foods on our menu and organic specials when available. Our fish and seafood are harvested in a sustainable manner (we are accredited by Ocean Wise). The decor has been created from locally sourced materials including wood, stone from Milverton and local artwork. Staff will ensure a memorable experience that will match the incredibly friendly service also offered by our internationally recognized Woolwich Arrow Pub located in downtown Guelph. Our philosophy is based upon the belief that this planet is for "our children's children's children."
